Working at CHA is ideal for current students or recent college graduates who want to hit the ground running in the real estate industry.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e. real estate development, business & administration, urban planning, engineering, architecture, etc.)
Master's degree (or candidate) in a relevant field strongly preferred
Daily tasks include general maintenance of on-going projects as well as sourcing new development opportunities, performing site and market research, evaluating project financial feasibility, discussing design and programming ideas for a variety of mixed-use projects.
Proficiency in Word and Excel required
Presentation and graphic design in Adobe suite preferred
