Award-winning transit-oriented development

Mission Meridian Village was designed and built to seamlessly fit in with the existing historic fabric of South Pasadena. The village is built with the principle of "blended density," offering a range of urban residences, from loft-style to courtyard housing, in combination with 5,000 square feet of locally owned- and operated ground floor retail and a 280-space subterranean public parking garage. The Mission Meridian Village was awarded "Best TOD" by the Urban Land Institute, and received the coveted "Charter Award" from the Congress for the New Urbanism in 2006.
